Workplace Quality
The building achieved full occupancy before practical completion. Tenant companies cite exceptional environmental quality and abundance of natural light as key factors. Employee satisfaction surveys from tenant companies show significantly higher scores than their previous offices.
Structural brick provides thermal mass that moderates internal temperatures. Natural ventilation systems work effectively for most of the year, reducing reliance on mechanical cooling. Energy consumption is 70% lower than comparable office buildings in Luxembourg.
