Clockwork House
Light Choreographed Daily
A family home in Islington that reinterprets the Georgian terrace through contemporary detailing. The facade uses corbelled brickwork to create depth and shadow, while generous windows flood interiors with natural light.
Internal spaces flow around a central staircase that acts as both circulation and light well.

Timeless Build
The completed house proves that traditional typologies can accommodate modern living without pastiche. Every room receives daylight from multiple angles. The brick facade weathers beautifully and requires virtually no maintenance.
Spatial planning prioritises flexibility. Ground floor rooms can function as separate zones or open into a single entertaining space. Upstairs, bedrooms are sized generously enough to evolve as the family's needs change.
The project won a RIBA London Award in 2024 and has been featured in multiple architecture publications.
