Collaboration Enabled
A purpose-built campus for technology and research companies in Eindhoven. The project includes 24,000 sqm of flexible laboratory and office space, conference facilities, and a central amenity building.
Buildings use cross-laminated timber structure with brick cladding. Landscaped courtyards provide outdoor meeting space. The campus accommodates approximately 800 workers across multiple tenant companies.

The campus achieved 95% occupancy within eight months of opening. Tenant companies cite the quality of space, abundance of natural light, and collaborative atmosphere as key factors in their decision to locate there.
Exposed CLT ceilings provide acoustic absorption and visual warmth throughout. Brick cladding gives the buildings permanence and helps them relate to Eindhoven's industrial heritage. The combination represents our conviction that sustainability and traditional craft can coexist.
